Wayne Alan Siems was last seen in Pickett, Wisconsin on September 15th, 2023.

Wayne is a white male, 6’0”, and 200 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes, and wears glasses on a regular basis. He was last seen with a mustache and a full beard. He was last seen wearing jeans of unknown color, gray gym shoes, and a yellow/gray flannel shirt. He has a pacemaker and has a scar from the pacemaker.

He may also go by Glenn Siems or Glen Siems, which is the name of his deceased brother.

All photos below are of Wayne. The first photo is from November 27th, 2018. The second photo was taken approximately a week before he went missing. The third and fourth photos are from 2023.

He was reported missing by his wife on September 15th, 2023 at approximately 4:40pm. He was last seen that morning between 9:00am and 9:30am. He left his wallet, vehicle, and critical medications that he takes for a heart condition behind. It is believed that he may have a handgun and ammo that he purchased shortly before he went missing. He has lived in Wisconsin, Michigan, and New York.

Law Enforcement conducted extensive searches of the wooded areas and cornfields near his home and locals have allowed their buildings and properties to be searched as well, although no leads have come from these searches.
