Leonard Foster was last seen in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on December 17th, 1993.
He is an African American male, 5’7”, and 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
There is very little information available about him or his disappearance.
Leonard was 20 years old when he went missing. He would be 48 years old today.
