Howard S Takanaka



Very little is known about the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of Howard Takanaka.


Howard served 4 years in the Army. He was assigned to the 25th Infantry Division and was stationed in Hawaii at the Schofield Barracks. He was honorably discharged.





Howard was 26 years old in January of 1984 when it is rumored that he left his home in Superior, Wisconsin to find work. He hasn’t been seen or heard from since.


Howard is described as an Asian male, between 5’9 and 6’ tall, and somewhere between 125-140 pounds. He has hazel colored eyes, and brown hair and a tattoo on his left forearm.


Howard would be 62 years old today.
