Elizabeth Ann Kutz

Updated: Jan 12

Elizabeth Ann Kutz was last seen on July 27th, 2000 leaving her job at Demco Plastics in

Deforest, WI.

Elizabeth had separated from her husband, Daniel, of 12 years. She and her children were staying with her mother just outside of Poynette, WI. She was driving a borrowed green Jeep Cherokee with vanity plates "DIDIS".

Daniel was extremely upset about the breakup and Elizabeth was afraid. The day that she disappeared, she told her mother to call the police if she did not arrive home within 30 minutes of leaving work.

The jeep she was driving was found abandoned in a parking ramp at Meriter Hospital downtown in Madison, WI. There were no signs of Elizabeth, and she has never been heard from again.

Daniel was arrested the day after Elizabeth was reported missing for charges on stalking and obstructing an officer. A month later, he was charged with her murder.

Elizabeth is a white female, 5’1”, and 110 pounds. She has black hair and green eyes. She also has a scar on her forehead. She may also go by ‘Beth’ or ‘Elizabeth Falk.’

She was last seen wearing denim shorts with multi-colored or plaid pockets, a white t-shirt with an image of Winnie The Pooh imprinted on the front, and white socks with tan or brown ankle boots. For jewelry, she was wearing a Mickey Mouse wrist watch and a gold ring with a diamond.

Elizabeth’s estranged husband, Daniel Kutz was convicted of her murder in January of 2001 and is currently serving a life sentence. Daniel maintains his innocence. Elizabeth's remains have never been located. Foul play is suspected in this case.

Elizabeth was 30 years old when she went missing. She would be 51 years old today.
