Her mother and a friend reported Artavia missing to the Peoria, Illinois Police Department on April 22nd, 2013.
Artavia's mother said that she last had contact with her daughter on December 25th, 1995.
Artavia's friend stated that she last had a phone conversation with Artavia sometime in 1998.
Peoria Police Department gathered information and in August 2020 indicated that Artavia possibly lived in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Indianapolis, Indiana; and Fayetteville, North Carolina since she was last seen.
Artavia is an African American woman, 4’8”-4’11”, and 120-140 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. There is no information regarding what she was wearing when she disappeared.
She may also go by Artavia Baldwin.
Artavia was 23 years old when she went missing. She would be 49 years old today.
