Staci Lei Paul was last seen in Kenosha, Wisconsin on January 4th, 2009. It appears that Staci's car was deliberately driven off the pier into Lake Michigan at 3:50 a.m. Her car was recovered about fifty feet from the end of the pier with a broken window.
