Thurmond Triplett was last seen at his home on home surveillance video getting off the couch around 9 pm on Monday, May 24, 2021 and walking outside and down the sidewalk near the intersection of 75th and Thurston in Milwaukee, WI.
Thurmond is 49 years old and suffers from a cognitive delay. He was hit by a car in February 2020 just a block from where he went missing, which caused a traumatic brain injury and now requires him to take daily medication to prevent seizures.
His family is very worried and think that it's possible that he may be lost and confused. They have set out in search of Thurmond, knocking on doors and leaving flyers wherever possible. Thurmond’s family is hanging onto hope that by sharing his picture and his story that someone will recognize him and help to find him.
In an interview with Fox 6 news, Monique Chambers, Thurmond’s sister in law said, "Please contact the authorities or someone to let us know if you've seen him."
Thurmond is described as an African American male, 5’6” tall and 210 pounds with a medium build. He has black and white hair. He has a black and white goatee. He also has freckles. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black jacket, black athletic shorts with a Nike logo on the leg and black sandals.
