Isaiah Kemp

Isaiah Kemp was last seen in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on May 8th, 2022.

Isaiah is a biracial male (African American and white), 4’0”, and 60 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. It is not known what he was last seen wearing.

According to Law Enforcement, it is believed that Isaiah was taken by his biological mother, Ebony J. Harris. Ebony also goes by Zubiya Bey and is not his legal guardian. She is in violation of a court order to return Isaiah to his father, who is his legal guardian.

He was last seen at the 4200 block of West Hawthorne Trace Road and it is believed that Isaiah and Ebony may be in Milwaukee or they could have traveled to Louisiana.

Isaiah is 9 years old.
